The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Returns and exchange details

NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM RINGS
Within 10 days of receipt of your order, customers can return eligible items for store credit (less S&H fees) that can be applied toward an exchange or future purchase. If you wish to return your item, you must contact Lunaversoul at info@lunaversoul.com prior to shipping the item back.
All return items must be received in brand new, unworn condition to be eligible for return. It is the customers responsibility to package and ship the items in a manner that will protect and prevent damage or breakage.
It is recommended that customers return the item in the packaging it was sent in and use a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping charges and will be invoiced for any additional shipping and handling charges. Custom orders are not eligible for returns. Lunaversoul offers the option to purchase shipping insurance on all purchases at the time of purchase. By choosing not to do so, the customer acknowledges that Lunaversoul is not responsible for items damaged in shipping and returns will not be accepted under any circumstances for that reason. Store credit will expire after 6 months (180 calendar days) from date of return.
